Our restaurant at Chijmes serves fresh sashimi and sushi along with seasonal creations by our chefs. Our display counters use the traditional method of maintaining fresh fish; sashimi and oysters are preserved naturally over a bed of half-moon ice, ensuring constant low temperatures.
The wide varieties of raw fish available are strictly air-flown from Japan 4 times a week to ensure the utmost freshness. As a testament of our commitment to provide top quality dishes to our patrons, even our fruits are imported from Japan!
We started Tatsu Teppanyaki at CHIJMES as the only Japanese Teppanyaki with a 24 seater long counter. Our Teppanyaki not only serves the best delicacy and flambé dishes, our chefs are trained in-house to provide the best performances for our diners.
We have recently revamped our CHIJMES restaurant to combine both sushi and teppanyaki concepts. Our second branch is located at Asia Square Tower 2, bringing fine culinary techniques to diners within the Central Business District.
