Signature Dishes

Tatsu serves a wide range of fresh Japanese food including our Beef in Foie Gras Sauce (image on right), Traditional Sashimi, Aburi Sushi (including Amebi with Uni), Thin Sliced Hirame with Truffle Oil and Salt and Savoury Pitan Tofu for sushi and Flambé Wagyu Beef with Special Sauce, Crayfish with Yuzukosho Mayo and Lobster in Special Sauce for our teppanyaki.

Our menu has a wide selection of cooked, raw and flambé food; complemented with both hot and cold premium sakes, draught beers and liquors. We have a whole array of plated dishes for a classy dining experience!
